一粒种子的旅行A Seed’s Journey

种子睡着了。水、土和阳光把它叫醒。它先往下长根，再往上冒芽，一天天变成大植物。A seed sleeps. Water, soil and sun wake it. Roots dig down, a sprout rises, and day by day it becomes a big plant.

成长步骤Growing Steps

按顺序看看植物怎样长大。你可以在家试着种一颗豆子！Follow how plants grow. Try planting a bean at home!

播种Plant

把种子放进松软的土里，轻轻盖好，别压太实。Tuck the seed into soft soil and cover gently.

生根Root

根往下钻，抓住泥土，吸水和矿物质。Roots dig down, grip soil, drink water and minerals.

抽茎Stem

茎往上长，像吸管把水和营养送到叶子。The stem grows up like a straw to the leaves.

展叶Leaves

叶子张开，像绿色的小太阳能板，开始做午餐。Leaves open like little green solar panels and cook lunch.

开花结果Bloom & fruit

花招来蜜蜂，之后结出果实和新种子，故事再开始。Flowers invite bees, then make fruit and new seeds — the story restarts.

光合作用小厨房Photosynthesis Kitchen

叶子是厨师：阳光 + 水 + 空气 = 糖和氧气。我们呼吸的很多氧气，都来自绿色植物。Leaves are chefs: sun + water + air = sugar and oxygen. Much of the oxygen we breathe comes from green plants.
